BookedLocal LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a single-member limited liability company operating as BookedLocal from Windham, Ohio. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions about anything here can go to mauricio@bookedlocal.ai.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly:

• Your name, business name, phone number, and email address when you contact us or book a call
• Information about your business that you share with us in conversation
• Customer lists you provide to us so that we can run a campaign on your behalf

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing the services you asked for.

SMS and text messaging

We send text messages to businesses for the purpose of offering marketing services, and we send text messages on behalf of our clients to those clients' own past customers.

• Consent. Marketing text messages require the applicable permission to contact you. Visiting this website or reading this policy does not give permission to send promotional texts. Any messaging consent is collected separately where you choose to opt in. Consent is not a condition of a purchase.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message at any time and you will receive no further texts from us. You may also reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at mauricio@bookedlocal.ai.
• Message frequency. Frequency varies. You will typically receive no more than a few messages in relation to a single conversation.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Client customer lists

When a client provides us with a list of their past customers so we can run a reactivation campaign, we treat that list as belonging to the client. Specifically:

• We use it only to run the campaign the client has approved
• We do not sell it, share it, or use it for any other client or purpose
• We honour every opt-out request immediately
• We delete or return the list on request when our work together ends

How we use information

To respond to enquiries, schedule and hold calls, deliver the services you have asked for, and to keep records of our work. That is the whole list.

Who we share information with

We use third-party tools to run the business, and information may pass through them in the course of providing services. The main ones are our customer relationship and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), our email provider, and our website host (Netlify). These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics is not currently enabled on this website. This website does not load advertising trackers or set analytics cookies.

The area map on the contact page loads Google Maps only when you open it. Google then receives the connection information needed to display the map. Booking links open our GoHighLevel calendar, which processes the details you enter to arrange your call.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide services and meet record-keeping obligations, then delete it. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mauricio@bookedlocal.ai and we will respond.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
