Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website and to the services provided by BookedLocal LLC, a single-member limited liability company operating as BookedLocal from Windham, Ohio. By accessing bookedlocal.ai or engaging our services, you agree to them.

What we do

We run customer reactivation campaigns and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising for local service businesses. Optional on-site video is quoted separately. The scope, deliverables, timing, and fees of an engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

We reserve the right to modify our services and pricing. Any change to an active engagement will be agreed with that client before it takes effect.

Services and pricing

Customer reactivation is $500 per campaign. Facebook and Instagram ad management starts at $500 per month. Ad spend is separate, paid directly to Meta, and is not part of the management fee. Video work is optional and quoted separately. You approve the scope and fees first.

The reactivation guarantee

Before a reactivation campaign begins, we agree in writing on an attended-appointment target and a campaign deadline. If BookedLocal does not meet that target by the agreed deadline, the full $500 reactivation fee is refunded. This guarantee covers the reactivation fee; it does not include ad-platform spend, ad management, or separately quoted video work.

An attended appointment is a scheduled visit or estimate where the customer shows up, as defined in the written campaign scope. It is not the same as a completed or paid job. We do not promise a particular sales or revenue result. Contact mauricio@bookedlocal.ai about a campaign or refund.

Your responsibilities

If you engage us, you agree that:

• Any customer list you provide was collected lawfully, and you have the right to contact those people about your services
• You will review and approve message wording before we send anything on your behalf
• You will honour any offer we communicate to your customers with your approval
• You will tell us promptly if a customer asks to be removed

Ownership

Your customers are yours. Your jobs are yours. Your customer list remains your property at all times, and we return or delete it on request when our work together ends. We do not subcontract your work or resell your list.

The content of this website, including text, layout, and the BookedLocal name and logo, belongs to us.

Messaging compliance

Campaigns we run are subject to applicable telecommunications and marketing regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and carrier requirements. We include opt-out instructions in campaign messages and process opt-outs immediately. See our Privacy Policy for details on consent and opting out.

Ending an engagement

The written engagement scope sets out the campaign period and any ongoing service or cancellation arrangements. Any refund due under the agreed reactivation guarantee remains payable. Contact us if you want to pause or end work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted here, with the date shown at the top.
