For holiday light installers

Get your lighting calendar ready for November.

I run the outreach and ads. You do the installs. Start with people who already know your work.

For lighting specialists and businesses adding a winter service.

A brighter season starts here 2026
Holiday lighting. Local businesses.

The season is short.
Views don’t fill a calendar.

Your campaign needs to reach homeowners while they’re choosing—not after your best installation dates have passed.

The offer

Book the season.
Know the cost.

Past customers first, new homeowners next. Pick the services that fit your capacity.

01 Start with familiar faces

Your roadmap

A clear plan from call to calendar.

You know what happens next, who handles it, and what we’re working toward.

  1. Talk it through

    Make a plan that fits.

We look at your service area, customer list, and open calendar. Then we pick the right starting point.

  2. Agree & approve

    Know the terms up front.

We agree on the scope, fee, and target. You approve the offer and wording before anything goes out.

  3. Launch & follow up

    I handle the conversations.

I run the campaign and follow up on replies. Interested customers get a time on your calendar.

  4. Review & decide

    See what actually happened.

We review the attended appointments and decide what comes next. You stay in control of the work.

Try the conversation

See it from your customer’s side.

Here’s a simple example of the follow-up I handle for you. Choose a reply to see where the conversation could go.

Your real campaign is written for your business. Your name, your offer, your tone, and your available dates. We agree on the wording before anything goes out.

Illustrative messages, not a real customer conversation. The names in brackets show where your details would go. Nothing you choose here sends a text or books a visit.

Sample conversation
Your business → Past customer

Hi [First name], it’s [Your business]. We’re planning holiday light installs. Would you like to talk about lights for your home this season?

This sample is a starting point. In your campaign, I tailor the wording, handle replies, and work toward an appointment that fits your calendar.

Before we talk

Good questions. Straight answers.

The details that matter before you commit.

What does it cost?

Customer reactivation is $500 for a campaign. Facebook and Instagram ad management starts at $500 a month. Your ad budget is separate and paid directly to Meta. Optional video is quoted separately.

How does the reactivation guarantee work?

Before starting, I put the attended-appointment target and campaign deadline in writing. If I miss that agreed target, I refund the full $500 reactivation fee. An appointment means a visit or estimate where the customer shows up; it does not mean a completed, paid job.

What if my customer list is a mess?

Invoices, a contact export, or scattered records are a starting point. We check which past customers you have permission to contact, then agree on the offer. You approve the message before it goes out.

Do I need to run ads as well?

No. We can start with your past customers. Ads are a separate service for reaching new people. On the call, we decide what fits your list, budget, and available time.

I add holiday lighting to another service. Does this fit?

Yes, if you are ready to handle the installs. People who hire you for gutters, windows, washing, or landscaping already know your work. We can discuss a lighting offer for the customers you have permission to contact.

A conversation. A clear next step.

Let’s talk about your lighting season.

Bring a rough idea of your customer list and the install dates you want to fill.
