Before we talk
Good questions. Straight answers.
The details that matter before you commit.
What does it cost?
Customer reactivation is $500 for a campaign. Facebook and Instagram ad management starts at $500 a month. Your ad budget is separate and paid directly to Meta. Optional video is quoted separately.
How does the reactivation guarantee work?
Before starting, I put the attended-appointment target and campaign deadline in writing. If I miss that agreed target, I refund the full $500 reactivation fee. An appointment means a visit or estimate where the customer shows up; it does not mean a completed, paid job.
What if my customer list is a mess?
Invoices, a contact export, or scattered records are a starting point. We check which past customers you have permission to contact, then agree on the offer. You approve the message before it goes out.
Do I need to run ads as well?
No. We can start with your past customers. Ads are a separate service for reaching new people. On the call, we decide what fits your list, budget, and available time.
Do you book a clean or a walkthrough?
We agree on that before the campaign. If you need a walkthrough to quote, that is the appointment I book. The reactivation target measures attended appointments, not completed cleaning jobs.
A conversation. A clear next step.
Let’s look at your customer list.
We’ll talk through whether reactivation fits the kind of cleaning work you do.
